Bartender Tim is absolute gem. So knowledgeable. I love Negronis and he made one of the best I’ve ever had. We came back after dinner for an espresso martini (pictured) - made with a fresh shot of espresso, classic and delicious! Definitely coming back.

Nice little pub! Good drinks made by knowledgeable and flexible bartenders. The food was surprisingly good. Had the smash burger, which you can get as a single or a double. Good sweet potato fries too.

Great drinks and food. Bartender was friendly and provided great service. Had the Burrata caprese crostini and creme brulee. Both were delicious!

Tim the bartender was great, especially how dog friendly he and the establishment was to our little Yorkiepoo Cody. We will definitely come back.

Overall: Excellent mixed drinks and good service- we were there multiple times across the week and had an awesome experience. The Black Manhattan, Smokey Old Fashioned, and Espresso Martini (exceptionally smooth) are all top-quality. When Tim is serving, you're getting drinks that would be on-par with an expensive bar in NYC at a pretty bargain price. The other bartenders are also solid, and my wife was a fan of Lorene's sharper take on the Expresso Martini. Food: The food is also good, and I feel is a big step up from last year. Surprisingly, the Fish and Chips is very good- it pairs super well with the lemon, has a light but crispy breading, and the fish taste is very good. The burgers and Caesar salad were also great, and a good deal during the happy hour (which I think is 3-5 PM). Popcorn maker is available, and was a hit with our kids. Menu Note: My one quibble is that the Black Manhattan should go back onto the official menu. The menu was trimmed from last year, and given it is one of the best drinks, it should be back on there. The other minor item is that the online menus are out of date (not just for the Taproom, but the Century Room, etc.). Somebody in the front desk area should have a reminder to update those each month. I uploaded a copy of the menu as of Dec 2025, but I was told that they'd probably be updating it again soon.

Always stop here when we were in Santa Maria. Tim makes a mean espresso martini. Never been disappointed.
